WHAT’S YOUR VIBRATION ANYWAY?

Although we appear to just have a physical body with moving parts, and we eat, sleep, go to work, play and rest, there is much more to us than what our human senses can determine. We are in fact vibrational beings, living a temporary existence in a physical body, which essentially houses our soul whilst we’re here on planet earth during this lifetime.

Our bodies consist of much more than just our human suit (meat and bones), we have an emotional body, mental body, and etheric body that all work in harmony with our physical body to ensure we have the most incredible experience that we can here on earth.

Every part of our body system is constantly vibrating, it’s just that we can’t see it with our human eyes or feel it (although sometimes you can feel it, depending on how high you’re vibrating). We have an entire chakra system which consists of spinning discs, which are essentially energy centres within specific areas of our physical body, that allows life force energy to flow through us.

To ensure optimal health and vitality, it’s important to ensure our energy centres are clear and free flowing (i.e. unblocked). Any unwanted or stagnant energy can become trapped in the physical body, which can lead to dis-ease. Energy is designed to flow through us in a constant fluid manner to ensure the life force energy is distributed to every part of our system, for us to not only look and feel amazing, but to enable us to have the most incredible experience here on earth.

We have an energy field that runs through us and around us that sends out a vibrational frequency to the universe and to all those around us. The higher your vibrational frequency that you emit to the world, the better the experiences you will have, and the more high vibrational people, situations and circumstances you will attract into your life.

WHY YOU WANT TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

Raising your vibration will allow you to not only look and feel better, but also attract your heart’s desires into your life. When most people first learn about this concept, they often try to raise their vibration by adding things to their daily life in the way of positive affirmations, thinking better thoughts, and doing more of what they love.

There is no doubt that these are all incredible tools to raise your vibration, however our natural state of being is actually high vibrational. It’s usually years of societal conditioning, programming, working in the matrix, living in a state of fear, and a whole range of other things that have actually lowered our vibration over the years. A more sustainable way of raising your vibration is to get to the core of what has lowered your vibration in the first place, and release, remove, clear, purge, and let go of all of that stuff. When you do that, your vibration will naturally increase back to its original state.

One of the best analogies is to imagine we are a cork (champagne cork for example) and we’re floating in the ocean at the surface level. That is our natural high vibrational state – the state that we would have been when we were first born. Over the years though, many factors have impacted us in a heavy and dense way, that have pulled us under the ocean, so that we are no longer floating near the surface. There are many factors that could have had this impact, and we all have different life experiences, but overall, the society we were brought up in and the experiences we have had, all contribute to the lowering of our vibration. The ultimate goal is to remove the grip of all that heaviness, to release us so that we can spring back up and float at the surface of the ocean once again.
